This is me in early Sept. 2019, 4 months after starting an 16/8 intermittent fasting with a healthy eating routine. I lost 15 lbs. The 1 1/2 inches I lost off my waist helped me get my cuts back. I did 3 hours of weight training a week and 3 to 4 hours of light cardio. If I said it was easy, I would have to add a sidebar because any change in lifestyle can be difficult, but some changes are less difficult than others. Healthy eating can be made less difficult with the 16/8.

That being noted, I would say that this plan was the easiest weight loss routine I have ever done. One other benefit of the 16/8 is I noticed that I don't have those little aches that comes with advancing years. I believe this is due to fact that the 16/8 intermittent fasting causes a biological process called autophagy, a cellullar self-digestion process that cleans damaged cells. However, this routine is not for everybody.
